Home Page (with news blog)
 Upload
a main photo to your home page and accompany it with a caption.
You can place the image on the left or right side of the page
or you can leave this section blank if you choose.
Your news blog feature allows you to post announcements,
game highlights, or other info. You tell the site how many
posts you would like displayed on the home page. A quick link
drop down box is provided for easy navigation.
Roster
Assign what information you want to display including primary
and secondary positions, bats, throws, height, weight, hometown,
date of birth, birthplace, school, phone number, profile,
and email address. Mouse over the camera icon to see a photo
of the players. By clicking a player you are redirected to
the profiles page for that player and year. Print your roster
in printer friendly format by clicking the 'Print Roster'
link at the bottom of the page. This option is also available
on the schedule page.
Profiles
Player and team profiles include photo and all roster details.
Stats for the selected player and year is also provided -
kind of like a baseball card would look like.
Depth Chart
 How
cool is this? A topographical view of your player positioning.
Display your primary positions or secondary positions as well.
Each player's name links directly to their profile.
Your depth chart pulls from all players in your database
including managers, general managers, coaches, scorekeepers,
and assistants.
Schedule
 By
default your schedule displays all league games for the current
year. Teamfolio allows for games to be segregated into 4 groups
- league, exhibition, tournament, and playoff games. Sort
your schedule by clicking a column header. You can also select
to print the currently displayed schedule.
If you have set up other teams on your site or if you're
connected to the top level league site (ask about our league
edition) then you also have access to other team's schedules.
Simply select a team or choose to have the entire league's
schedule displayed.
Clicking on a record from the schedule table will bring up
the stats for that game.
Calendar
 Your
team calendar is color coded to help you quickly identify
between different types of games, practices, and meetings.
Clicking on a game that has scores recorded will take you
to stats results for that game. Clicking on a game that has
not yet been played will redirect you to the schedule page.
Birthdays may also be displayed if the site administrator
selects this option.
Statistics (team site
only)
Your stats page gives you complete batting and pitching stats.
Display options allow you to view different game types, drill
down to individual games, complete years, or team and career
totals. An easy to use sort feature is available as well.
Photo Gallery (team and league sites only)
 Managing
your photos couldn't be easier. Your administrator can set
up a number of different folders and provide title and description
for each photo. A drop down list is provided for each year
and folder, and an alphabetical list is provided to easily
peruse photos.
Your gallery interface is set up to handle photos at a width
of just over 500 pixels without compromising the layout.
Standings
Seperate standings can be kept for each game type. Select
divisions and sort by columns. With the league edition all
teams will pull the standings from the league database providing
consistency throughout the league.
Teams (league site only)
With this team list viewers have instant links to all team
sites in the league as well as team contact info if admin
chooses to share it.
Fields (team and league sites only)
Automatically link to a map of a park with a click of a button.
Fields are also shared from the league database when using
the league edition.
Contact
Use the online form to reach the email address of the team
or league. Phone numbers and email adresses can also be provided
on this page as specified by your administrator.
Links (team and league sites only)
This page provides an unlimited number of links as defined
by your website administrator. This is a handy tool for sharing
files in various formats such as word documents, excel spreadsheets,
videos, zips, and sound clips.
Sponsors (team and league sites only)
Similar to the links page, your sponsors page will host an
unlimited number of sponsor images. This is a great opportunity
for advertising and fundraising.
Custom Pages (team and league sites only)
Your teamfolio gives you up to 5 custom pages that will take
any content you choose to give it. Plain text or HTML code
will work just fine. Assign a title to your page that will
be used in the main menu. |
